Welcome to the Ask Seller a Question Setup Tutorial
This needs to be setup on the sellers side under members area.
Log in to your account, then go to "members Area"
On the left is your personal members area, scroll down to "selling"
Look for "Pre-filled Fields" Click it. Then go down the the bottom of the members page that comes up.
At the bottom you will find "Global Settings" Under Global Settings check mark "Accept Public Questions" and check mark "New Bid Email Notifications". Then Click "proceed" at the bottom.
